    The quality of every glove begins with strict source control and comprehensive inspection systems. 

    Qualified suppliers and internal standards 
    We work only with suppliers that have passed stability testing, quality certifications (ISO / CE), and long-term performance evaluation. This includes nitrile latex (NBR), PVC powders, coagulants and auxiliaries, engineering chemicals, and functional additives.

    To ensure stable and consistent production, all raw materials undergo a series of standardized tests, including total solid content, viscosity and rheological behavior, pH control, gel time and mechanical stability (MST), as well as impurity and filtration checks. 

  • In-Process Quality Control

    All process data is captured and stored through automated systems with full traceability, ensuring consistency across the entire production chain. 

    Quality control focuses on stable dipping line temperatures, optimized oven profiles for complete curing, clean formers with uniform film thickness, controlled surface treatments such as chlorination or polymer coating, and stable beading thickness to ensure reliable glove forming. 

  • AI-Based Online Inspection

    The production line is equipped with an AI vision inspection system combined with automatic rejection and automatic counting and stacking. 

    A 16-camera vision system monitors two formers per inspection unit and is capable of identifying more than ten types of defects. 

    Detectable issues include pinholes, tears, exposed areas, oil stains, recycled material residues, insect spots, and defective beads. 

    Non-conforming gloves are automatically removed from the line before entering the next process. 

    Automatic counting and stacking minimize human error and ensure accurate and reliable packaging. 

  • Product Compliance Testing

    Finished products undergo comprehensive compliance testing to meet international standards and customer requirements. 

    Safety performance tests cover water leak resistance, barrier integrity, and AQL evaluation.
    Physical performance testing includes tensile strength, elongation, and aging resistance. Dimensional checks verify length, palm width, and thickness consistency. 
    Material stability assessments focus on residual powder levels and surface treatment durability. 
    Chemical safety testing is conducted as required, including residue and extractable analysis, ethylene oxide (EO) residual testing, and skin irritation evaluation.
